Membership plays a very important role for people with developmental disabilities who need our services. 

We assist individuals with disabilities through a variety of programs and services in partnership with their families and the community. Each year, Genesee ARC holds its Annual Membership Drive. 

 

Membership strengthens our agency’s voice to help advocate on behalf of your loved ones, friends and neighbors with disabilities. By becoming a member, you help provide individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, and their families’ access to programs and services through fundraising and advocacy efforts.

 

Genesee ARC is one of fifty-five Chapters statewide affiliated with NYSARC, Inc. (formerly New York State Association for Retarded Children, Inc.) Membership is the basic foundation on which every local chapter, the state organization (NYSARC) and the national association (The Arc) was founded.

 

Please support our mission of helping others. By joining, you will receive our Chapter Newsletter, ARC Horizons.  You will also be invited to our Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony.

 

An individual Membership pledge is only $5.00 per person, with a discounted rate of $1.00 for the individuals with disabilities we serve.  If you have it in your heart to give more, please do so.
